What is Kashi POS?
Kashi is a point of sale app for your business. Record sales, manage inventory, track customer credit and supplier debt, and review reports from your phone, tablet or computer.
Can I use Kashi for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes mobile and web access, one user and up to 30 products. Use it for as long as you need and upgrade when your business needs more.
Do I need a computer or special hardware?
No. You can use Kashi on an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, or in a web browser. Sign in with the same account to keep your information synced while connected to the internet.
How does customer credit tracking work?
Assign a credit sale to a customer and Kashi records the balance. Record full or partial payments to update what they owe. You can also track debts to suppliers.
Can I import my products from Excel?
Yes. Starter and Pro include bulk product import from Excel. You can also add products individually with photos and prices, or scan barcodes with your phone's camera.
Can my employees use Kashi?
Yes. Starter supports up to 3 users and Pro supports up to 5. Pro also includes roles and permissions to control what each team member can see and do.
Does Kashi work without internet?
The main features currently require an internet connection to save and sync your business information across devices.
Does Kashi process card payments?
Kashi records the payment method for each sale. It does not process card payments or sell payment terminals.
Who can access my business information?
Each business's information is stored separately. Only authorized members of your business can access its data.
